What you can request

  • Access to account and workspace data
  • Correction of inaccurate account details
  • Deletion of workspace data
  • Portable export of workspace records

Self-serve controls in app

Workspace owners/admins can use Settings → General to export data and delete a workspace.

Manual request workflow

  1. Email hello@geoauditkit.com from your account email.
  2. Include workspace name and request type (access/correction/deletion/export).
  3. We verify requester identity before processing.
  4. We confirm completion by email.

Response timing

We target responses within 30 days, subject to legal and contractual requirements.
